The Shooting Brake Concept Cars

The Shooting Brake Concept is powered by a transverse 3.2 litre V6 borrowed from the top spec Audi A3 and Audi TT models. Power is transferred to all 4 wheels through a close ratio 6-speed gearbox. Maximum power of 250 bhp is found at 6,200 rpm, and the torque peaks at 320 Nm between 2,500 and 3,000 rpm. This gives the Audi Shooting Brake concept a 0-60 mph time of just 6 seconds, and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.The Shooting Brake, like the Audi Le Mans Quattro super concept car, places the Audi emblem is above the large central grille, and the Shooting Brake's clearly defined wheel arches exaggerate the overall muscular proportions of the car, similar to the arches of the Audi TT. Audi has also included some super technology systems in the Shooting Brake, some of these; an improved navigation system with touch screen monitor, character recognition,include an adaptive magnetic damping system, new LED headlight technology.
